#        The nomination must tell what the person did to make himself or herself  worthy of the nomination.

#        The submission should also include some biographical information but nothing that invades the individuals right to privacy.

#        Entries should be 1,500 words or less.

#        Submit electronic (Word preferred), typed or in a clearly written format.

#        Whenever possible, submit a photograph of the person being nominated as the photograph will be published along with the essay.

#        Only photos accompanied by a self-address stamped envelope will be returned. You may send scanned copies (300dpi) via email or copy on a CD. Do not send your only original photograph.
