This self guided tour starts and ends at The Biggar Museum & Gallery. Grab your Historic Walk brochure and view the history of the business buildings in Biggar. The Historic Walking Tour has been created to share the memories and history of the town of Biggar with everyone. Be sure to pick up your brochure at the museum before the start of the tour to guide you along the way. |

Once a month you have a chance to win HALF OF THE TOONIES in over 25 jars! Simply visit many of our Biggar businesses and find the BIGGAR MUSEUM TOONIE JAR! Select an envelope, print your name and phone number on the envelope and place a Toonie in the envelope. Place the envelope in the Jar! Draw is made the last day of each month. | Art Club (Every Tuesday) |
Art club members meet each Tuesday in the Art Gallery and work on the art of their choice at their own pace. The gallery atmosphere provides an opportunity for artists to share and critique with their peers. This opportunity and involvement within the museum has created a strong connection from the members to the museum and in many cases created new museum volunteers. Art Club memberships – There is a yearly fee for art club of $50.00 or drop in fee of $5.00. (taxes included ).Art Club runs the first week of January to the last week of October yearly. New members Welcome! |
| Movie Wednesdays |
Visit our theatre exhibit each Wednesday as we play free classic movies. Reminisce as you sit in the original theatre seats of the original Majestic Theatre. |
